Directions:

From the South (A12), follow the A1214 towards Ipswich Town Centre, turn left at the traffic lights signposted towards Woodbridge and the Hospital, staying on the A1214. Straight over the double mini roundabouts and *over the next two sets of lights then left at the next roundabout onto the B1077 (Westerfield Road) towards Westerfield. #Stay on this road for approximately 2 miles, through the village of Westerfield, and Fynn Valley is on the right had side.

From the West (A14) take the turning signposted Ipswich North and West. Follow the A1156 (Norwich Road) towards the Town Centre. At the double mini roundabouts, turn left onto the A1214 then follow the directions from * above.

From the North (A12), follow the A1214 through Kesgrave then at the Ipswich Hospital roundabout (the Hospital is signposted left), follow the signs to Colchester - still A1214 (Colchester Road). Go straight over three roundabouts then right at the roundabout signposted Westerfield B1077. Then follow directions from # above.
